I should be aware of which factors or what should I ask myself before asking for a logo design?

There are several things you should consider. Have a look at the following-

  • What you want your logo to represent – trust, quality, strength, elegance or something else?
  • Where you want your logo to be displayed?
  • What colours should be used in your logo?
  • Do you want to use special effects in your logo?
  • Should your logo include text, image or both?
  • Do you want to use
  • Should your logo have a special typeface?
  • Have you think anything about making your logo stand apart?

It is important to be clear about the above mentioned things before you ask us to design your logo. We want to cater to your specific requirements; therefore it is important for us to know what you want and what you do not.

What if I decide to cancel a logo job?

We use different types of software as per requirement. They include Adobe Design Collection (Photoshop 6, Illustrator 10, InDesign 2 and Acrobat 5, etc.) under Windows XP. There are some other sets of software as well which are used for different purposes to achieve enhanced effects in design.

What types of file formats you can produce?

You can do it without paying anything before you make an initial selection. But if you cancel the logo project after we complete the job, we charge 50% cancellation fee. A client receives copyright to any artwork only when he makes full payment. After cancellation of a partly finished project, we keep the unfinished copy with us for a minimal period so that it can be used in the future in case the client wants to continue the project later. However, added fees may incur in such cases.

Can a logo integrated into other software, such as Word, PowerPoint, and web pages?

It is possible as different software usually have its own specific menu command to place a logo into the program. But there are some limitations too as not all software programs allow a logo to appear the same way unless the logo is saved in the file format that works best with that program. It is why you should save your logo in multiple file formats.

Is it possible to check the progress of a job during the design process?

Our transparent company policy allows it. In fact, we love to share suggestions with our clients at every stage of a project. Time to time, we show the project to you and also ask for key approvals. So, the process is transparent and you can involve yourself during the design process.
